Food Revolution 5.0 addresses one of the most pressing questions of the 21st century: what does the future of our food system look like in a growth-oriented society characterised by dwindling resources? The exhibition takes a critical look at the global food industry and explores the visions that designers, architects and scientists are developing for the urgently needed changes.
